Notice

                              For the ensuing election for 2020 & 2021 the process of nomination is completed on 17.02.2020 towards filing of nominations for each regular post in the Executive Committee of the Association by the willing members to contest in the election, scrutiny of such nominations and withdrawal of nomination as well.

                      After the said process is over and even when specific endeavour was extended to undertake a free & fair election, excepting the names of such members available with us as contestants no other member came forward and that too by the due date and time to contest with them for any particular post in the Executive Committee of the Association

                        In view of the above and especially after rejection of requests from a scanty group of general members in regard to accept nomination/s for the post of Organising Secretary after due time of 5PM of 10.02.2020, we find that the following Members are going to be elected uncontested in the post opted by each of them from the date of Annual General Meeting with Election as per schedule on 21st of March, 2020.  Proclamation of their names will duly and officially be made on that day before the general members present in AGM having no further process of voting to be conducted by the Election Commission as constituted.
